Frequently Asked Questions and Solutions

Flight time shorter than expected

Cause:

Battery not fully charged or temperature too low.

Solution:

Fully charge both the remote control and the drone battery before flying, and avoid flying in low-temperature environments.

A. Fully charge both the remote control and the drone battery before flying.
B.Avoid flying in low-temperature environments whenever possible.
If you must fly in cold weather, we recommend the following:

  1. a. Warm-up flight:
After installing the battery, do not start with aggressive maneuvers. Take off smoothly and let the drone hover or fly slowly for 1–2 minutes. This allows the battery to warm up naturally through its own discharge.
  2. b. Avoid continuous discharge:
In low temperatures, replace the battery after each flight with a warm one. Do not continue flying with a cold battery. The used, cold battery should be kept in your pocket or a warm place to reheat before the next use.
  3. c. Gentle operation:
Avoid sudden full-throttle climbs or high-speed maneuvers in cold conditions. These rapid, high-current demands are the most likely to trigger low-voltage protection.

Unable to take off (GPS model)

Cause:

Most often due to not using outdoor mode or not completing GPS satellite search.

Solution:

In outdoor mode, complete the following steps in order — calibration → ensure at least 9 satellites → unlock. The drone will then be ready to take off.

Drifting or tilted flight

Cause:

Uneven ground during calibration.

Solution:

Recalibrate on a flat, level surface and avoid flying over reflective surfaces.

Drone lost (GPS model)

Cause:

When flying outdoors without activating outdoor mode or if fewer than 9 satellites are connected before takeoff, the drone may get lost.

Solution:

Always fly following the correct outdoor flight procedure.

Drone lost (non-GPS model)

Cause:

Headless mode was not used. When flying at a distance, the drone’s orientation may be unclear, causing it to fly out of the remote control range.

Solution:

Use headless mode to control the drone’s movement directly according to the direction of the remote control.

Unable to view camera image

Cause:

A.During app installation or first Wi-Fi connection, authorization was requested but not granted.

B.On some phone models, the mobile network conflicts with the Wi-Fi network, and only one can be active at a time.

Solution:

A.Uninstall the original app, reinstall it, and reconnect to Wi-Fi — make sure to allow all requested permissions during the process.

B.Disable mobile data or VPN if conflicts occur.

APP Crash

Cause:

Using an outdated version of the APP, a low mobile system version, or insufficient storage space may cause the APP to crash.

Solution:

Uninstall the existing APP and reinstall the latest version. If the issue persists, it may be due to the phone itself — please try using a different phone.
